About IEDMS & SNDCT 2024

The 29th IEDMS and the 4th SNDCT will be held jointly in 2024. The conference aims to provide a platform for talents in semiconductor-related fields to exchange ideas and experience. Topics include electronic device design and manufacturing, novel materials and device, semiconductor physics, and modeling.

IEDMS & SNDCT 2024 is organized by The Electronics Devices and Materials Association (EDMA) and Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI). The conference themes encompass the following five major fields, and submissions from experts in related fields are welcomed:

1. Emerging Devices, Logic, and Memory Technology
2. High Frequency, Power Devices and Circuits, and Compound Semiconductor Technology
3. Novel Materials and Devices Characterization
4. MEMS, Sensors, Package, and Heterogeneous Integration Technology
5. Optoelectronics Devices and Silicon Photonics Technology
